Her role centers on meeting directly with clients—whether individuals, families, or businesses—to educate them on their options and craft the coverage that fits best. As a true brokerage, InsureU works with most major carriers in Nebraska and the surrounding states, allowing Kerry to compare and design solutions rather than push one-size-fits-all plans.

Beyond his work with InsureU, Von is an active entrepreneur with a diversified portfolio of real estate and investment ventures. His expertise in property development and investment strategy complements the agency’s mission by bringing additional financial perspective and growth opportunities.
Von’s leadership philosophy is built on integrity, innovation, and disciplined decision-making. As both a co-owner and investor, he remains committed to advancing InsureU’s legacy while pursuing broader entrepreneurial ventures alongside his family.

As Marketing & Community Outreach Manager for InsureU agency, Amanda Butzke blends creativity with strategy to grow the agency’s presence both online and in person. She leads social media initiatives that make insurance content educational, engaging, and approachable—while also building relationships through community networking in Omaha and beyond.
With a proven background in sales across the medical and tech industries, Amanda brings a results-driven mindset and a natural ability to connect with people. Her mission is simple: spark conversations, inspire curiosity, and help individuals and businesses discover the coverage and support they truly need.
When she’s not cultivating brand growth, Amanda can be found reading a good book, creating at the pottery wheel, or enjoying life’s little moments with her family.

Known for her vibrant personality and sharp attention to detail, Mandi takes the stress out of insurance so clients can feel confident and supported every step of the way.

With over 20 years of service as a U.S. Air Force veteran and five additional years of leadership in the aerospace and defense industry, Richard brings discipline, integrity, and a mission-driven mindset to his role with InsureU Agency.
Richard’s career has centered on quality assurance, compliance, and risk management—skills that translate into helping individuals, families, and businesses find insurance solutions they can trust. Having supervised teams of more than 200 personnel worldwide and managed multimillion-dollar projects, he is no stranger to high-stakes decisions.
