With 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, deep roots in Seward, Nebraska, and a competitive drive shaped by her years as a standout basketball player at Midland University, Kerry brings both discipline and creativity to her work.
Her role centers on meeting directly with clients—whether individuals, families, or businesses—to educate them on their options and craft the coverage that fits best. As a true brokerage, InsureU works with most major carriers in Nebraska and the surrounding states, allowing Kerry to compare and design solutions rather than push one-size-fits-all plans.
Known for her mix of competitiveness, client-first care, and innovative approach, Kerry specializes in both individual coverage and group employee benefits. She believes benefits aren’t just about coverage—they’re about helping businesses attract and retain talent, and helping individuals feel secure about their health and future.

Beyond his work with InsureU, Von is an active entrepreneur with a diversified portfolio of real estate and investment ventures. His expertise in property development and investment strategy complements the agency’s mission by bringing additional financial perspective and growth opportunities.
Von’s leadership philosophy is built on integrity, innovation, and disciplined decision-making. As both a co-owner and investor, he remains committed to advancing InsureU’s legacy while pursuing broader entrepreneurial ventures alongside his family.

With over 20 years of experience in coaching, education, and executive support, Mandi brings a rare blend of organization, empathy, and problem-solving to her role.
She specializes in supporting businesses and individuals with their benefits—whether it’s adding or removing employees, updating information, running new quotes, or making sure clients have the documents they need, when they need them. Known for her vibrant personality and sharp attention to detail, Mandi takes the stress out of insurance so clients can feel confident and supported every step of the way.
